Kegiatan dimulai dengan registrasi delegasi Asian-African Ministerial Meeting pada pukul 08.00 WIB, yang dilanjutkan dengan sesi foto para delegasi pada pukul 09.00 WIB.
Kegiatan SOM hari kedua ini akan berlangsung tiga sesi dan akan ditutup pada pukul 18.00 WIB petang di Plenary Hall, JCC.
Sementara untuk Selasa (20/4), akan digelar Asian-African Business Summit yang juga digelar di JCC. Berlangsung mulai pukul 09.00 WIB, acara yang dimoderatori Ketua Umum Kadin Suryo B Sulisto dengan pembicara kunci sejumlah kepala negara antara lain Presiden RRC, Presiden Afsel, Presiden Ethiopia, PM Jepang, dan PM Pakistan.
Selain itu akan dilakukan dialog yang melibatkan para CEO perusahaan dari berbagai negara Asia dan Afrika.
